Administrative management department is responsible for administration, human resources, accounting, public relationship, financing, etc. Strategic development department is responsible for patent application, new drug registration, clinical research, pharmacology test,information processing,new business development, marketing survey, etc. Research & development department focuses on new drug research and development. Manufacturing management comprises not only the operations of manufacturing base but also tasks of consigned products. Marketing & sales department is responsible for marketing promotion and sales to realize Allist's strategic missions.
