Hypertension and Type II Diabetes

Controlled-onset Releasing Sartan
It is well-known that cardiovascular events occur more frequently in the morning. In recent years, clinical research using ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM) or self-measured home BP monitoring has clarified that morning BP and BP surge are more closely related to target organ damage and cardiovascular risk than clinic BP. Also, in hypertensive patients treated with antihypertensive medication, even for patients whose clinic BP is well controlled, the morning BP level prior to taking medication is often high. Therefore, morning hypertension is currently the "blind spot" in the clinical practice of hypertension.
Time Controlled Releasing Sartan has a unique controlled-onset, extended release (COER) delivery system. The delivery system results in a maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) of Sartan in the morning hours to control morning hypertension and to prevent cardiovascular events occurring.

Allisartan
Allisartan is a new molecule of angiotensin II -1 receptor selective blocker, for the treatment of hypertension. It is an effective and safe drug and patients will show high tolerance and compliance to it. Besides anti-hypertension, the drug has efficacy of protecting target organs and preventing cardiovascular events occurring. Compared with other Sartans, for instance Losartan, Allisartan has fewer metabolites with lower adverse effects and takes effects more quickly, and its toxicity is much lower. Allisartan has little intervention with live P450 enzyme system and no dose reduction is required when Allisartan is administered to elderly patients or to patients with impaired liver function. Allisartan brings faster and more effective healing of hypertension. Patent protection in the USA , China and other countries has been filed.

ALL-4
The peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR ) belongs to a member of typeII nucleic, which is a receptor super family and that mainly expresses within fatty cells. Through numerous researches including one conducted by the University of California in the US , it is discovered that PPAR plays an important role in the disease causing mechanism in obesity and insulin resistance and is an important drug target in the treatment of metabolic diseases such as diabetes and obesity. ALL-4 is a new molecule of PPAR receptor partial activator, for the treatment of type II diabetes. Patent protection has been filed.
