Allist has just developed an oral compound preparation of anti-hypertension drug. Under terms of common benefit and mutual development, Shanghai Allist and Shanghai Sine Wanxiang reached an agreement on cooperatively manufacturing the drug.

Shanghai Sine Wanxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (originally known as Shanghai Yan`an Wanxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., SYWPC), was founded in Jan. 1999 and co-invested by Shanghai Yanan Pharmaceutical Factory (SYPF), as the holding company. After that SYPF and Sine Pharmaceutical Factory formed Shanghai Sine Wanxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Dec. 2003. The company has three pharmaceutical production sites and one R&D center at municipal level. Over 200 products and formulations are available in the company, and the company was awarded an honor as a municipal famous brand products.

The cooperative product by Shanghai Allist and Hangzhou Conba will come into the market in 2008.
