Qindao e-Insurance, a supplementary commercial health insurance program in the city of Qingdao, was officially introduced on May 9. It is poised to serve as a favorable complement to the basic medical insurance program dedicated to increasing people’s well-being. Qindao e-Insurance is the fourth inclusive insurance program that has incorporated Furmonertinib in less than a month. Furmonertinib is accelerating its market access, under the efforts of Allist, to the local medical insurance programs, which support China’s drive to build a diversified medical care system, make innovative drugs more widely available, increase the benefits for the people, and improve their well-being.

Qindao e-Insurance is the only supplemental commercial medical insurance program under the guidance of Qingdao Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau and the Qingdao branch of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC). Those eligible are entitled to receive medical compensation on top of basic social medical insurance, which will reduce their and their families’ medical expenses.
